What is it?

The village of gites du Colombier includes 42 cottages that combine the stones with the solid wood.
The size of the chalets and their locations allow everyone to have enough space to feel at home, inside and outside the rental.

Les “gîtes” du Colombier

The cottages, facing south, are spacious with large windows.
Equipment:

A large living room with color TV, fireplace and direct dial telephone,
Equipped kitchen area (fridge, freezer, stove & electric coffee maker, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, etc.),

Arrivals/ Departures: Weekly rental or short stays..
In summer rentals only from Saturday to Saturday.
– Arrival after 4 p.m.
– Departure before 10 a.m.
Outside the summer period (13 July to 24 August), the arrival dates are free for a week or for a short stay (2 nights minimum).

Cleaning packages:
* 45 € / gite (2, 4, 5 & 6 places),
* 55 € / gite (6, 8, 10 & 12 places),
To be paid on site: deposit of 300€ which will be returned to you either at the end of your stay or within 15 days.
The deposit is fixed at 600€ for the Christmas holidays.

Villa 2-4 personnes au village de Gîtes du Colombier de Mende

During opening periods:

– Reception and information office,
– Barbecue,
– Laundry (4 € washing & drying).
– Sheets included: 1 change per week.
– Included in your rental: charges, tourist tax and heating.
Wood for the fireplace: €11 for 12 logs.
– Pets: 13/animal/week (payable on site) & €9 per weekend.
– Access to the Municipal Swimming Pool of Mende, (150 meters), is free and accessible during public opening hours for residents.

In summer:

Snack bar, glacier, bakery service, private swimming pool open in July and August only.
