MOULIN DE LA BORIE - SAS LA DOLINE

Since its reconstruction in 2017, the Borie mill has produced flour from local cereals grown mainly on the Causse Méjean. Two millers work there year-round. Ancient wheat, spelled, small spelled, buckwheat, rye or even lentils are all flours whose nutritional and taste qualities they seek to enhance. a 45-minute visit is set up to discover this mill. It retraces the history of the mill since the 17th century and allows you to discover the cereals of the sector, the flours produced and the operation of the windmill.
