MOULIN DE LA BORIE

  • Since its reconstruction in 2017, the Moulin de la Borie has been producing flours from local cereals grown mainly on the Causse Méjean. Two millers work there year-round. The flours milled on the site : Modern and ancient wheats, spelt, spelt, buckwheat, rye and lentils are all flours whose nutritional and taste qualities they seek to highlight.
