This mountain bike tour is considered a very easy mountain bike ride and introduction.
It starts with a rolling path (with a few dips and bumps to anticipate for parents who have little mountain bikers with them) and which gradually climbs to return to the flat ground in the middle of the forest.
You will return slowly to your starting point via the small asphalt road of Causse.
