PR N°8 of the Heart of Lozère. This circuit, starting from the Place du Foirail de Mende (in front of the Tourist Office), will allow you, via the Valat des pigeons, to reach the edge of the Causse de Mende. You will walk along the Causse, not without admiring the viewpoints over the town and the Lot valley. You will see the old Janicot leper room (former quarantine place for plague victims) and discover traditional shepherds' shelters: Les Chazelles. Marking: yellow color
