  • The lake is located in the municipality of Lachamp-Ribennes and a small part in the municipality of Saint-Gal, in the foothills of Margeride. It lies to the west of the Palais du Roy plateau, and is fed by the Colagne like the nearby Lac de Charpal. Swimming is supervised by a lifeguard (BNSSA) in a delimited area. It is also possible to rent pedal boats, canoes and paddles for a trip along the water. A picnic area is also available to visitors as well as a playground with swings and slides...
