DUO LOZERE - SARL FROMAGERS DE LOZÈRE

LES FROMAGERS DE LOZERE is an artisanal cheese dairy located in Chastel-Nouvel (7 km north of Mende). It makes cottage cheese and yoghurts from cow's and sheep's milk, white cheeses and cheeses from sheep's or cow's milk. We currently offer a range of organic products and a range of conventional products. The cooperative's milk comes from pastures in the north of Lozère, in Margeride, at an average altitude of 1000 meters. The cows are Montbéliardes, Simmentals, Prim'Holsteins or Brunes, well known for their dairy ability. The variety of livestock is an advantage, because each dairy breed brings its characteristics to the milk. The Cooperative manufactures and markets DUOLOZERE Stirred Yogurts . Made with mountain milk from Lozère pastures, DUOLOZERE Stirred Yogurts are creamy, fresh and melt-in-the-mouth. The DUOLOZERE range of stirred yogurts includes cherry, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry and plain stirred yogurts. Orders by phone or email. Customers can buy the products directly on site.
