Located 15 minutes from Sainte-Enimie on the Causse Sauveterre, this mecca of agropastoralism is a privileged stopover on the GR 60 and the Chemin de St Guilhem offering a panorama of the Gorges du Tarn. Restored in the 1990s by the Department, this living testimony to the history and culture of the Causses embodies the desire to preserve and share the heritage of Lozère. Opening days: free tours of the two permanent exhibitions (UNESCO House and Causses House). On closed days: access to the outdoors possible (agropastoralism discovery trail, lookout point over the Tarn gorges and booklet for this Sensitive Natural Area). In July and August, Wednesday to Sunday: guided tours at 11:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. Duration approximately 1 hour. Dogs kept on a leash.
