CHATEAU DE ROQUEDOLS

Castle built during the 16th and 17th century. It is composed of two rectangular buildings connected to each other at a right angle and decorated with three round towers. In the 17th century, it was the center of the barony of Pourcarès. Various owners will succeed one another until 1938. It raises its imposing silhouette in the Bétuzon valley. Fairly well preserved as a whole, it is listed in the inventory of sites. You can park your car in the space provided for this purpose at the entrance to the estate. The walk around the buildings and the return to the parking lot by the "forest path" allows you to discover a remarkable environment.
